As for paging, we recommend an alphanumeric pager.
Unless we're dispatching for emergency service or
medical--events requiring real time intervention--we recommend a combination of
checking in and faxing.
Email messaging is becoming a
reality, especially with regard to large-text messages, or files.
While it is true that a certain number of email messages do not
get delivered, it does provide another valuable communication
tool. Verification is the key to email messaging.
