Voice Mail Options Available to Clients

In addition to the basics, Axxess voice mail has many options that allow you to do more or use voice mail more efficiently. Many were described previously in these instructions. If you see features in the following list that you like, ask the system supervisor to provide them for you.

  Entering your mailbox

  • Dial your voicemail phone number
  • Press the *
  • Enter mailbox number
  • Enter password number
  • Press the #
  • The system tells you how many messages are waiting and how many messages are priority

   Listening to Messages

  • Press 1 to listen to new messages or press 3 to listen to saved messages.
  • As you are listening press # to skip to end of recording, press 2 to pause, press 3 to skip ahead, press 4 to lower the volume, press 5 to play message envelope again, press 6 to raise the volume, press 7 to save the new message or press 9 to delete.
