Fire and Waterflow

The model 5110XM is approved for use in applications required to meet UL 864 and NFPA 72 requirements. These requirements include the monitoring of local evacuation controls. The 5110XM will monitor dry contact alarm and trouble outputs and transmit a separate code for each. The 5110XM can be used as a stand-alone to monitor sprinkler systems for waterflow, supervisory and gate valve tamper conditions. The unit is fully supervised and supports one two-wire smoke detection circuit. Its microprocessor constantly runs programs to monitor AC, standby battery, zone inputs and the telephone line connections. If a fault condition is detected, it sounds a local trouble audible and reports the condition to the central station. If one of the telephone lines faults, it will automatically switch to the other to report the failure.

The 5110XM conducts an automatic self-test every 24 hours - at a time you select - and sends a report to the central station.

May be programmed on-site using the 6139/6139R alpha keypads or remotely via telephone lines using IBM compatible PC running ADEMCO V-LINK download software and Hayes modem.
