Some of the large, mega-monitoring mills boast of 5000 alarms for each dispatcher. Eagle Security Systems believes that is far too many accounts for one person to handle properly. Our commitment to excellence is no where more evident than in our modern, fully-computerized dispatch center. Not only is our customer-to-dispatcher ratio far lower, our personnel are trained to understand the local West Michigan market.
We have provided installation and monitoring services for well over a thousand commercial and industrial enterprises over the past twenty years. These include governmental installations, military, and fortune five hundred companies.
	Eagle was founded in 1979 by Mike Carrier (M.A.). Before starting Eagle, Mike was active in the security industry for nearly five years, serving as Vice President of Campbell Security Systems. Eagle presently maintains a 24-hour monitoring and service facility in Grand Rapids (MI) which services about 2000 customers, residential and commercial.
